Server downだったのね
On Tuesday, February 8th at 3:00am PST all English-speaking EverQuest servers will be coming down for an hour-long scheduled update. Once the patch has been completed, we will begin the PvP server consolidation. We’re estimating this process to take about 13 hours, placing the projected finish time at 4pm PST.
So in short, all english, non-pvp servers will be down for 1 hour (3am-4am PST), while all pvp servers will be down for 13 hours (3am-4pm PST).

ちょうどログインした８時からPvPサーバーは合併のため13時間、他のサーバーは1時間ダウンでした。
